you asked, so here they are
Every tile set, mat, and rack you've seen in my videos, plus a few I love that didn't make it on camera yet. These are the ones I actually play on.

where it all starts
Your set will outlive every other thing you buy. Get one you love looking at.
Bamlets Mahjong
The set from my videos. Soft vintage pink, deep engraving, easy to read across the table.
Miss Mahjong
Prettier than it has any right to be. A lovely second set, or a first set if you want something a little more delicate than the classics.

Bambird Boutique
The classic look, warm and a little old world. If you want a set that feels like it was always in the family, this is it. Comes with a velvet tile bag, or upgrade to the lucite display box.
the prettiest part
A mat keeps the tiles quiet and the table looking like something. All three of these are from Tigre de Tartan.
Tigre de Tartan
The bunny mat. This is the one that gets the most comments by far, and the rules edition means the hands are printed right there while you're learning.
This one is excluded from my code, but LITTLEMISSMAHJ10 works on the rest of their shop.

Tigre de Tartan
A special edition print and exactly the right amount of cheeky. This is the mat I reach for when people are coming over.

Tigre de Tartan
Warm cane print, goes with everything, and quietly the most versatile mat I own. If you only buy one, I'd probably point you here.
the part nobody thinks about
Racks are the thing new players skip and then immediately wish they hadn't.
Peace Love Mahjong
French blue is the colorway in my videos. Sturdy, pretty, and the pushers make a four person game feel properly civilized.
Woodlands Mahjong Society
Clear is the one I use. The scallop is such a small detail and it makes the whole table look considered. They disappear next to a pretty mat, which is the point.
Middle & Main
Creamy, soft, and a little bit grandmother's china cabinet. These are on my own wish list.
the part that makes it pretty
Half the questions I get aren't about mahjong at all, they're about the table. These are all Amazon, so my code doesn't work on them.
ATOSII · "Kari Green"
Cotton, square, and the block print hides absolutely everything. This is the one I reach for when I know there will be wine.
Ridhi · "Mughal Buta"
Hand block printed and the blue plays beautifully with the toile mats. 60 inches square, so it fits a card table without swallowing it.
K MASANIJI
The ruffle is the whole point. Neutral enough to go under any mat, and it makes a folding table look like furniture.
FYSUIMU · 50 pack
Pink chinoiserie with little mahjong tiles on them. Completely unnecessary and everyone comments on them every single time.
Kakanuo · rechargeable
The little gold lamp in my videos. It's cordless and rechargeable, so you can put it in the middle of a table with no outlet anywhere near it. Worth it for the light alone.
before you buy anything
You don't need a single one of these to start. I bring everything to class, so you can play a few times and figure out what you actually like before you spend a cent.
